I was born in January 1982. I currently live with my parents (no shame in that!!) and I have a dog and two rabbits. My babies and pride and joy!! I have a younger sister and a younger brother. I enjoy playing Nintendo games; I actually have every Nintendo system you can own!! I love spending time with my animals and I LOVE the net! I love browsing and searching, I love playing games and meeting new people.
I got started in the business of webpage making back in 1997. We had had the internet for about a year and I was already a pro surfer! I was 15 at the time and I was so in love with a show called Xena: Warrior Princess. I liked the pages that were out there, but I wanted to put my own personal touch into a page about my fav show. So I started a little, kinda crappy, one page website on the show. My page barely had any visitors in it's first few months except friends and family who I forced to see it! But in time my page got bigger and bigger until bam, it was HUGE! Suddenly I was getting over 100 hits a day and everyone seemed to know about my site. There were a LOT of Xena pages on the net, but my quickly rose into a top 10 spot and is still there today. I got in touch with writers, directors and actors from the show who all saw my site and allowed me to interview them over the net. I even met a few of the actors in person which was the most rewarding experience I could get!! After maintaining my Xena site for a few years I started itching for more. I had completely self taught myself html and java and I wanted to expand what I could do! I started making little fan pages here and there, some I didn't finish, some I put a lot of time into. It wasn't until May 17 2000 that a page I had been working hard on for 6 months became an Official site. The title "Official" is a huge honour to any page builder and I was lucky enough to recieve it for a tribute I made to a young actress who died very young. Her name was Michelle Risi and she died of meningitis at age 16. I heard about her death two years after she died and found almost nothing about her on the net. This was sad to me as she was a very talented girl, so I made my own tribute. I found friends and family of hers who helped me put it together, and in May I met her mother in person. She was very kind to me, and allowed me to make the page an Official tribute to her daughter. After that day I kept making pages, lot's of them. One day in summer 2000 I came in contact with a woman named Tamara Gorski who was a budding actress from Canada and over the next two years I poured my life into making a web page for her. This past summer (2002) the page was opened and made Official. I was once again thrilled and I wanted a taste for more. I loved being paid for my work, and I LOVED helping people who wanted to be known! Well, that's my story! Thanks for reading and wanting to know a little bit about me!
